Body fat %??

hi all, new to the forums and wondered if anyone else got their body composition done? I did on Saturday and was shocked to see that my bf% was 43.1!! Wake up call I needed I suppose

Yer mine was high but that was a few years back. Going in for another in a couple months as ive made a huge change visually.
