I thought we could have a thread on the deals and steals we come across so we can let everyone know about it. I will start with Bob's Red Mill Old Fashioned Oats on sale at www.Vitacost.com
Bob's Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats -- 32 oz SKU #: 039978021540
These 32 ounce bags are on sale for $2.62 each with the regular price being $3.49. My local grocery store price is $6.47 each. I will continue to order from this company for the savings cost.
I called the 800 number and asked about the expiration date on the specific sku# and she came back and said the expiration date at both wharehouses is December 2016. I think I'll be ordering a few. I use oatmeal almost daily and so does my husband so this will be a major cost savings. I can get rolled oats in bulk at Sprouts but I have to drive 40 miles to get there. If i am in the area I buy at least 10 pounds at a time and store it in mason jars.
Here is the link to the actual product if you are interested in buying it. My shipping cost to Texas is just $4.99 for ten bags, lol. I don't know if I can buy that many bags at a time but if I do and can I will store in airtight containers and indoors with air conditioning.

Update:
I was able to purchase 10 bags by calling them and placing the order online. The online system has limits to what can be purchased so I just called and gave my credit card to the gal there at Vita Cost. My total with shipping for 10 bags is $31.19, for a total savings of $33.54 over buying ten bags at my local grocer.
