I'm only officially into week 2 of this whole shebang but I am already more motivated than I ever have been before. I can honestly say that generally by now I have slacked off on SOMETHING, but not this time! I want to thank each and every one of you fabulous ladies on here that have 1. Accepted my friend requests and 2. For being open and sharing your journeys and goals. Having a place to turn to keep me going and motivated is so incredibly helpful! On top of that, having support from wonderful random strangers who will become friends is a blessing!

Keep up the good work ladies! We can all do this!

You can do this. Decide on the motivation and the goal.
Specific: I will do 4 hours of exercise this week
Measurable: I will go to the gym four times this week from 5:30 to 6:30
Action oriented: have exercise clothes in car.
Realistic: I have the time to do this activity for an hour each day.
    Time-Based: one week plan

This type of goal works better for me, than saying I will lose 10 pounds by Easter. It is direct, short, and will help me with my weight loss plan.

Having support makes all the difference in the world!
It's so wonderful to have people in the same boat that understand and have similar goals!

I lost 100 pounds in the past and I couldn't have done it without forum support!
Mind you I gained it all back after a divorce and 2 kids... But now-- I'm back on track and glad I've found you guys!!
