- 3x lifting sessions
- Maintain calories between 2650-2750
- Start any flexibility training, even if it's just 5 minutes

Ran 5K on Sunday.

I have one weight session done and calories are on track.0 -
Walked four miles on Friday and four miles Saturday to exceed my exercise goal for the week.0

Got 2 of 3 lifting sessions in.
Average calorie intake for the week was 2703
Did a little flexibility training but nothing consistent
Traveling next week so it may be a bit more challenging to meet goals.
