Hi all!
I just wondered if anyone was doing anything specific with their diet/meal plans through Feb to accompany the 30 DS? I know Jillian does a meal plan for ripped in 30 but I haven't seen one for this programme (unless it's hiding).
Personally I'm trying to stick to Bob's 'Skinny Rules' which are pretty close to how I normally eat- the only thing I'm finding hard is giving up my artificial sweeteners!

    Just trying to cut back on carbs and fill up on mostly veggies/fruit with protein at every meal.

    I'm doing workouts at Curves and taking a few fitness classes. As far as diet, I'm just logging all my food and making sure to stay in my calorie goal.
