Hi, looking for people going through the same thing, I'm currently on the pre op diet before my surgery. Looking for friends to share similar journey with as this is going to be hard :)

    Hi I was banded Jan 6th and yes the process is hard I go for my first fill tomorrow. Wish you luck! We can do this. In down about 20 pounds since surgery
