Done, with lighter weights because of my right wrist. It felt alright and I'm happy I can continue with the program!0

I was a little worried because RS3khon had to stop because of an injury. I didn't want the same thing to happen to me. I actually considered doing only cardio until my wrist gets better and I still have this as a back up plan. Or adapting the moves and not using any weights.
But we'll see how it goes. I cannot imagine my mornings without Jillian Michaels screaming at me.0 -
Ha ha!!! Yes, I agree. How would I start my days without Jillian kicking my butt? Smart to modify the moves as needed. I hope your wrist continues to improve.0

Well I did it! It was very tough and my muscles definitely didn't feel as strong as usual, but it was good.0
