With the Just Dance Videos yes you hold a gizmo that is the size of a remote controller. We have rubber cases on ours to make them easier to grip.0

I love the Just Dance games!!! I have almost all of them. You can do them sitting down Karen. Since Nintendo is no longer making the Wii console you can get them super cheap on Amazon now. Plus all the games are dirt cheap too. If you get the Wii Fit there are several exercise "games" that are out there. You can do them even if you have limited mobility. I have so much fun with the Wii, it's not even like exercise.0
