this is my lunch today to start with LOL
1/4 cup frozen peas thawed
1.5 cups salad mix
1/4 cup shredded cojack cheese
1 hard boiled egg diced
3 slices lean ham(i used aldi brand thin lunch meat)
I didn't use dressing on it or add bacon today cause i was out.Can add tomaote and cumuber if wish add your favorite veggies to suit your tastes
