Sometimes I just get soo sick of water!
My favorite low cal drink is a skinny Arnold Palmer. Only 2 ingredients: no cal regular ice tea and lemonade crystal light. I fill about 1/6 of the glass with the ice tea and the rest with the lemonade crystal light. It's delicious and so cal!
What are your favorite low cal drinks when you just can drink another glass of water?

Drink a lot of plain tea.
Also nice to put some flavor in the water, like cucumber, lemon ++0 -
I keep True Lemon in my purse. They're little packets of crystallized lemon. 0 cals, and much handier than carrying around real lemons.
I like flavored sparkling waters too, and I'm not opposed to diet pop (ginger ale and diet dr. pepper are my go-tos).
I recently switched to black coffee. After years of being a half flavored creamer/half coffee girl, it's taken me awhile to slowly cut the creamer out. Unless it's a skinny latte, then I just enjoy it and take the calories.0 -

That's basically how I survive since I cut out coffee. Fresh Basil or Mint are also good additions to flavor drinks.
I have a 100 bag thing of cheap green tea in my pantry. I drank it so much, I got a gag reflex when I tried to drink more once and had to give it up for a few days.
My solution was trader joes unsweetened cocoa powder, and liquid stevia (however you may feel about stevia, it said there were over 300 servings in that little bottle and it is DEFINITELY very sweet even with just a few drops. A bit different tasting from sugar, but good enough for me). Then hot milk or water, stir in a mug, and ta-da! Hot chocolate. Depending on how much you use the unsweetened cocoa powder is 5-20 calories, stevia is 0, and water is 0. Getting the proportions right took some practice but I liked it.0
