I currently achieve my aim to eatbaround 160 - 170 grams of protein per day....but i struggle to achieve my carb goal....does this really affect...gains...body fat loss...?

    Are you eating more or less than your carb goal?

    If you're eating too much, I recommend adding more fats. It will make you feel more satiated and crave fewer carbs.

    If you're eating too few, just be cautious. A Ketonic diet (low carb, high fat and protein) is great for weight loss but can cause kidney problems if done incorrectly. I recommend talking to a doctor or dietitian in that case.
