How was your weekend Gang? I took the day off from Combat on Saturday, but made up for it being in the pool for 3 hours with non stop movement! It felt Great! So Sunday was my Combat rest day and I did HIIT 1 Power and 55 Squats, some sit ups, crunches, leg raises, and some planks.....And to my surprise I am not overly sore today! Tonight I have Kick Start 30 on the books! Today is Day 29!
