I brought my nephew to church for a Boy Scout meeting and had an hour to kill. My original plan was to walk outside, but the wind was whipping around at nearly 20 mph and it was near freezing. So I hid myself in the nursery room and started doing some cardio exercises. Three little girls (sisters of brothers in the Boy Scouts) started to come in and were surprised to see someone already there. I said, "Come in only if you want to exercise!" and they got excited. So for nearly 45 minutes everyone had a turn at what exercise we would do. It was so much fun!!!

    atypical...How are things now that it is June! I am just getting back at this again. This go round I am trying a 10 day detox diet with Mark Hyman's book. Wish me luck. I am on Day2 uncaffinated.
