I love skipping, but i was actually reading on building muscle, i was actually specifically looking at pushups because my pushups still need work but i just dont find i'm strong enough to go completely down and i found out that doing more pushups isn't going to make you do pushups better you actually have to train other parts of your body that deal with pushups like your pectoral, triceps and so on, so i would think that it would be the same with the legs.
We will totally do it. I'm looking forward to todays plyo workout even though my ankle (the one i sprained a couple years ago) has been killing me. I think i'm gonna do more stretching today and tear some of those muscles up to get stronger
The only thing i'm not looking forward to in plyo are those squat pushups......and jumping down to low planks. We got this girl!0
