Focus T25
Anyone doing Focus T25 or looking into it? I just started Monday and it totally kicks butt! Its alot like Insanity but half the time and for me so much easier to fit in now that I am back to work. :) Hope you are still pushing thru.

Week: 12th August
Morning and welcome to a new week! I did the fit test this morning - everything improved except side obliques which I did the same number for, and had to have a couple of rests from. Form sucked though - I knew my back wasnt as straight as it ought to be. Next session it will be! Hope you're well :)

My birthday outing with the Mister was a looovely bike ride, about 15 miles to one bit and then about 3 miles (which took about an hour and a half, it was so hard going) but it was over the Ridgeway, the oldest road in England.
