Morning all!

Hope you all had a good weekend! My birthday outing with the Mister was a looovely bike ride, about 15 miles to one bit and then about 3 miles (which took about an hour and a half, it was so hard going) but it was over the Ridgeway, the oldest road in England. Loads of fun!
Your kitties are so adorable!
I looked at some of Dan's posts and he is chock full of info and I will read more. How is Insanity going?

I finally decided I am going to do Jillian's Body Revolution for the full 90 days and continue running and train for triathlon for next year its only a small one but one nonetheless. I am also going to work on 1500 cals a day but going to pay attention to my net and not go under 1200 net. For the longest time I haven't been even looking at net but I can see why I may not be losing as well. I am generally about 5-6000 cals under every week which I think is way too much. So gonna try that approach for a while.
I have also started taking my vitamins everyday and my omega 3 oil and am really going to concentrate on getting that water. I think if I take 2-3 cups each meal and make sure I finish them I should get my water in no problem plus whatever water I use when I am working out.

I shouldn't have a problem fitting in these things with my school schedule but will be many early mornings but it will start my day off so awesome!
My NSV yesterday....I ran 5 miles in 55 mins.....its a long time but I haven't run 5 miles in like 2 years and have only run outside 1 other time, I normally run on the treadmill plus it was out here in the country, I am afraid normally to go anywhere for fear I will meet a bear or something lol, I know silly but a genuine fear....which I conquered yesterday I was so proud.

So what's up for your week? any goals this week? Struggles? focuses?

Sounds like a great plan, and well done for running that far! You're building up really well :) Not so many bears here - more like ex-colleagues I'd rather not run in to :P

I had my second fit test of Round 2 of Insanity, and I improved on all the numbers from a fortnight ago which is great. This week - focus on foods, keep up Insanity energy, bake the best ginger cake in the world for MrGHS :D

Your birthday bike ride sounds so nice and peaceful. Glad you got to enjoy it :)

You will rock those goals girl. And congrats on improving in Fit Test.

I'm excited to get going with Jillian's Body Revolution, I can't wait. I really am hoping that I can continue running and will be able to add biking in there too.

I keep wanting to do an Insanity just to remember what it felt like lol but i'm not brave enough yet lol.

I guess I'm afraid that I won't be able to do it anymore lol.

I totally envisioned you yelling with that accent too!!! lol

    That $#!% is bananas yo!

JBR starts on Monday! I have to finish up Level 3 the next 2 days and then a day off. I have to prepare my calendar and get my gameplan in place.

My husband has surgery on the 9th so I have to make sure that for the first while I fit in what I can because i'm not sure how I am going to handle taking care of him too he will be on the couch or in bed for the next couple weeks so I will be his maid, housekeeper, butler, you name it, so have to make sure I plan ahead and fit what I can.

'Swat marriage is about, I hear! Sounds like a lot of work for you, so maybe ensure that you are prepared for mixing up what you thought was the plan, and shifting something a day forward if the today is just too much work. When you're prepared for it, it's much easier to not feel guilty because you *know* thats its not you evading looking after yourself, it's you lookin after your loved ones first :) And then you get your time back when possible!

    Exciiiiiiting about JBR!

Yes that is a good idea. My mom is going to be here for a week and a half so that will help. I just feel so guilty having her take care of my kids while I go do something for me after i'm done taking care of him. I will definitely plan ahead and my kids are gonna have to pull their own weight too, its time they start taking responsibility they are definitely old enough.

    JBR soon!! Woot woot!!
