After a 4 day sabbatical I am back on the Body Revolution fitness train! Work out done. Plus, it was way easier after a few days of rest.0

Phew! Done! I'm so glad I will not have to do circuit 3 again! I couldn't do the cable punches for the cardio interval - I only manage to do series of 3, so I I used light dumbbells instead.0

I dread anything with a cable by cable punches were a new level of dislike!0
