Too few carbs?

I've been doing some reading, and apparently under 50 grams puts most people in ketosis. I'm on 25 grams and I'm wondering if that's too low? I'm 18, female, 5' 2" and pretty active. I like that I'm losing 2 lbs a week, roughly. But is there such a thing as too few carbs?

In my opinion, there's no such thing as too few carbs :)

I've been eating 15 or less carbs a day. Your brain can live on glucose or ketones. I feel better than ever and I don't have to deal with blood sugar fluctuations!

No such thing. Some members aim for NO carbs...others set their macros where they are most comfortable. If your goal is weight loss, and that's what you are seeing, then you are accomplishing your goals. Just pay attention to your energy levels and how you feel.

Contrary to what the USDA says, carbohydrates are NOT an essential nutrient, meaning you don't need to consume any. Whatever your body needs can be manufactured internally from amino acids in the protein you eat.
