I am a stress eater. And this week has been very difficult.

Any tips or insights?

I really try to plan my daily food the day/night before, and I prep it if possible. That way if stress is interfering with the day, my food is one less thing to worry about. Go for a walk or go to bed early; these things also help me. Plus I am away from the pantry.

Find a new substitute. Reaching for a bite to eat when stressed is also one of the habits I'm breaking. So now I reach for my ice water and get up and walk around the office for 5 minutes. They say it takes 21 days to form a habit!

Also - keep only healthy go to snacks available and log them in before you eat them. You can eat small snacks frequently if they are still within your daily allowance. You can do this!!
