Someone else has been writing about this too! It's a good read for people wanting to geek out.

But are you saying that a diet high in protein is the best???? Or for certain people? Or? Because a diet high in protein (not moderate, but HIGH) is not a safe one as far as I have ever determined especially based on my experience living in sub-Arctic and Arctic areas where people had to focus on consumption of fat and organs to help offset the foods that were extremely lean and in many cases, the lean meats were avoided and fed to the dogs. I haven't discovered (not that there wasn't one necessarily) any traditional hunter/gatherer diet that was high in protein day in and day out. There are some that were low carb/high fat, and others that are high fat/low carb, but I don't know of any low fat/low carb/high protein on an on-going basis.

Or perhaps I misunderstood. Truly curious.

Oh, you meant just a certain type of person, an ApoE4 and, unfortunately, I haven't run across what that is in my travels. lol
