can anyone explain why drinking more water helps with weight loss. I can see the results but don't understand the science.

    The short version...when your body has what it needs, it will give up what it doesn't. That and our bodies are like over 74 percent water, all cellular reaction needs water. Our bodies do everything better well hydrated. That's why you have to eat to lose weight.

    For LCHF, your body is dumping it's water stores, so you have to keep your intake very high.
