Welcome to Week 2! Remember to check in twice each week. I will be posting 2 recommended workouts this week since last week I forgot to add some suggestions
REMINDER:
Each week will run Sundays to Saturday nights at midnight. There will be TWO Check In posts up at the beginning of every week. Feel free to post as often as you like BUT to qualify for the prize you MUST post twice per week (One in each Check In post). The contest ends Saturday, February 28th so make sure all logging is posted that Saturday at midnight. The winner will be randomly chosen on March 1st, 2015.

I went to the gym last night and lifted weights for 40 minutes with workout A from http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/ultimate-beginners-machine-workout-for-women.html. I even added 1 extra lift but it was still crazy packed.0

I just spent 45 minutes working with weights and kettle balls. the same workout as last week minus bench press.0

Monday, had weight training-17 universal weight machines. This morning I did Les Mill pump.0

Wednesday night I did a class called All Fired Up! It has tabata, lunges, squats, planks, and lots of core exercises :-)0

Hit a personal record on leg day Thursday! I did 12 reps on the leg press at 300 pounds! Legs are getting strong but I'm feeling it today, that's for sure.0
