June's 30 Day Challenge: SQUATS

I thought this would be an easier start to our 30 day challenges, PLUS everyone seems to be doing it, so join us as we start squats. I started on June 1st so am on day 3. You can start today, or if you are on day 3, keep going!
Those having a hard time with squats, get as low as you feel comfortable, even if you don't think it's low enough. The object is to get moving.

Day 12: Rest
Day 13: 130 squats
Day 14: 135 squats

Completed Day 2 which is 55 squats. I skipped yesterday so instead of taking the next day off on the list, I will work through until the next day off.0

I'm coming into this late, but I'm totally game. Today is supposed to be a rest day so I guess I'm technically starting tomorrow, hehe.0 -

Day 4 for me, but I did 60 squats since I had to make up for missing on the 2nd day. Yep, I did one day, then missed the second one. No worries, now I am caught up.

I started the challenge on June 2nd. I hope I complete it this type. I am doing also insanity and c25k so my workout schedule is really intense0

Day 12: I was supposed to be "off" but missed yesterday so did 120 today...just in case. I have a feeling I am not going low enough. Trying to go lower and lower with each day. I think this is a good start to get moving.0
