Week 4 Run 3 - ugh...

Run: warm up walk - run 3min, walk 1.5min, run 5 min, walk 2.5min (repeat whole thing twice) - cool down walk

I completed the run, but this one was a downer. I don't know guys, it was just super slow and boring, maybe it was the fact that I was listening to "soft" music or that I just don't like running through the neighborhood, but today wasn't really fun. Do you ever feel that way? I ran and everything, there just wasn't any feeling or emotion to it, I didn't challenge myself more than the minimum. Well at least I completed the run, and now I have till thursday, maybe a sweet 2 day break will cure my "running blues". I will be in switzerland on thursday, I wonder what running there will be like? Also, is anyone doing any cross training? Currently all i am doing is running, what else can I do on my off days? I would go swimming, but no pool
Maybe yoga? that sounds relaxing.
