Anyone just starting out? I have a question about Step Ups...

Hi all! I've just started Stage 1 today (I've been doing my own routine for a few weeks but decided to dive into NROLFW) and I'm wondering how do you do your step ups? Do you do 15 reps on the right leg, rest for 60 seconds, and then 15 reps on the left leg, rest 60 seconds and THEN switch over to the prone jackknife? Then come back to do your 2nd set up step ups? (It is 15 reps per leg right?) What works for you? Help.

    Yep, each set is 15 reps per leg :smile:

    You can do one side for 15 and then switch, or doing alternating (and count to 30 to get to your 15 each).

    It's up to you and what you feel comfortable doing.

    Just don't try and go too fast - you'll trip over your feet (I speak from experience lol)

    Thanks. I thought I had it right (15 reps per leg) but I was thinking too much lol. And yeah I have to be careful doing them myself :blush:
