I am glad that there is a group that allow u eat more but in a good way--not in the every one hour way.

Since Monday, I decided to go on a 1200 calorie diet but with good portion of three meals a day every five hours and a decent snack. I am looking forward to your guys support and advices.

I am 5'2 and let's say I am quite insecure about my weight (126 lbs). According to my BMI, I am near to he overweight :(. So I checked on some healthy weight for my height and it turns out to be 106 - 110 lbs so now my goal is to lose twenty or sixteen pounds with zumba fitness.

Before I move down to Texas, I lose 40 pounds with zumba in four months. Dropped from 155 to 115. But since in a year, I gained 11 pounds so now I am really depressed because of hard times. So now, I just started zumba last week and hopefully I lose sixteen pounds in two months. I usually do it 40 to 60 minutes a day and I am starting today to cut down on the cheese, bread, fried food and sweets. Not only that, but I do alot of pacing.

I am taking these pills called acai Berry diet because I need to boost up my metabolism because it went down since I've been here. And it worked so far since Saturday.

Stop with the acai berry diet. It's bunk. It gives you anti-oxidents but that's it. Nothing to do with the metabolism.

And don't try for 16 lb in a month. You don't have that much to lose and that's FAR too quick. When trying to lose less than 20 lb you should be aiming for 1/2 lb a week max. Yes, it's slow but it works and you won't lose muscle in the same way as your 1200 calorie diet will.

I went to the Scooby Workshop (http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/) and figured out that you should be eating (including your workout calories) a minimum of 1825 calories. That's at a moderate level of exercise but I'm guessing you might need to eat more.
