Food and mood swings

Hi. Im new and looking for a few people mainly for support and try out something for control of moodswings and depression. I have already made a few changes to my lifestyle and my diet. It seems to help but I do fall through on my diet list and indulge on things Im not suppose to. I have a list of things I eat and those I avoid but was wonderring if anyone would like to try this with me and see if it has effect on the moodswings and level of anxiety.

I exercise at least half an hour a day.
I do not drink alcohol or anything that contains alcohol.
Absolutely no medication. (Advil one capsule once a month only)
No gasses in liquids of any kind.
No human processed food of any kind (herbs excluded).
One day slack ... You can consume one thing of your most desired product like a bucket of icecream or a loaf of bread but I would like to see if you feel depression comming on after or anxiety worsens.

My goal is to document and track what couses our bodies to react severely to what we eat. I need a two or three participants. If anyone is interested please give me a shout.
