Hi All,
My name is Chris and I live in Australia and am scheduled for sleeve surgery on 9th March.
Part of my dietician's fees included this great book. The book is called "Your Complete Guide to Nutrition for Weight Loss Surgery".
I found her website, http://www.nutritionforweightlosssurgery.com/Online-Shop/
They have an international edition and also an ebook if you don't live in Australia. It is really worth a go.
