2015- EAT MY DUST: Weigh in - WEEK 5 (w/c 12 Feb)
Well done to those still here. You are doing great! Let's keep that up and get through the 12 weeks to develop and keep the good habits.
Hope you all are doing what you can. Try to find new ways to get in a little more activity (just a few extra steps is enuf) and replace a less nutritious food with a more nutritious food choice where you can. Hope you all did well, if not then don't worry, just get to work to try to post a better effort (if not a better result) next week! Good luck all!
So after a BAD week last week adding 9 lbs I have has a better week and lost a lot of that this week (5.5 lbs) but still more of that left to lose this coming week so gotta keep at it! Bad at workouts this last couple of week so need to keep at trying to be consistent with the exercise regimen.

After an awful week emotionally, and more stress and anxiety than ever before my weight shot right up but dropped this morning!

Well done both, i am hoping that other people join in its not much of a challenge with three people
Was hoping that i would see a 10 on the scales this week but more nutritional food is needed so hopefully i will see a 10 soon

I'm here, I'm here. Saturday is my normal weigh-in day. My loss this week puts me at my pre-Christmas weight. (You can do it, Spidey!!) Anything after this is what I'd consider "real" loss.
