Okay, so I don't normally do this, because frankly, my meals aren't really anything to write home about as far as looks go. However, this morning's breakfast was too beautiful to not take a picture of. Scrambled eggs in a generous amount of butter, steamed broccoli with its own butter (and some salt, though I was a bit heavy-handed with it, oh well), both topped with some freshly shredded cheddar cheese. NOM NOM NOM!

Oh, and for those who are interested, here are the stats:
Calories: 680
Net Carbs: 5 (3%)
Total Carbs: 8
Fat: 58 (78%)
Protein: 32 (19%)
Fiber: 3
Sugar: 3
Also, since "keto on a budget" has been on my mind a little recently. That plate full of food (4 eggs, about a cup and a half of broccoli, about 4tbsp butter, and about 2tbsp cheese) cost about $2.50, and that's with expensive eggs ($5/dozen from a local farm; you could easily knock a dollar off that by going with cheap eggs).

I know, right? It was awesome. And people say this way of eating is restrictive or otherwise miserable! Yep, I'm so deprived with that meal.
As for posting images in the forums, there's a little file icon (it's to the right of the link button). Then, you just either drag the image onto the little window that pops up, or click the "choose file" button and find it on your computer. You can also link to it if it's hosted elsewhere (like Flickr or whatever).0 -

This is brilliant. I love a broccoli and cheese omelette for breakfast. Could be why I always cook extra broccoli for dinner.0
