This is not going to be good. This week was the worst and I can imagine what the scale is going to say. This weekend I will be re-evaluating my change of life strategy and making meal plans for the week. Hope everyone is staying strong and healthy.

    Don't be discouraged no matter the result. Stay the course and you'll get there; even if there are detours asking the way.

    Consistency and patience is the key. It will take a long time to find the right recipe that works for you!! But you will get there. Just keep at it. We all have bad weeks and feel demotivated but as long as you are still on the course you are still in the game!! It's 100 percent mental!!

    Planning helped a lot. I did not snack as much. I also cleaned out the frig and cabinets. All junk except for a few thing for my son had to go. Now I am starting to plan meals for the week and only buy groceries for those meals. The only extras are fruits.
