Watching the Trend: Maintaining on Low Carb

I gradually have inched my carbs to less that 100g as a goal. Well, slowly over the past month, my set point has crept from 126 to 128. I say trend, because over time while losing I noticed that there is a 2 lb fluctuation, but if you look at the trend line there is a set point. Thursday, I went to the clinic for my monthly check in .. The clinician noting that though I was well under my red-flag weight I was up 2 lbs. SO yadda yadda yadda it's the carbs not the calories. Bottom line, back to 50 g goal (since that will end up at 60) and add after 2 weeks 10 g to watch the trend and see where my body balances. So, simplistically, I can either have oatmeal, wine, or an apple, but not all three. I would like to stay at 126, because my body feels balanced there and all my new clothes fit. Below that, my face looks 15 years older, and I feel too bony.
Are there others that are in maintenance that can lend a strategy to keep the wheels on the straight and narrow, without losing or gaining?
I just get to obsessed with food... and love snacking.

I am in maintenance, but I never upped my carbs after losing the weight. I kept the right at the bottom. Why change back to something that I left because it didn't work for me?0

I would say don't count calories at all. Just count carbs and eat what you like. Atkins recommends increasing 5g. a week until you stabilize.0

FIT.. I was doing that but kept dropping, and was looking a little bobbleheadish with serious wrinkles.. I will try the 5 g .. everyone is leaving but me next week, so it's a good time to go through withdrawals.0
