Day 4 is done. I think its time to go from 3lbs to 5 lbs on some moves

Day 4 finished. I received the Butt Bible DVD in the mail today so I did the "Upper Body" workout afterwards, since I've felt soreness in my lower body but not so much so in my upper. It was fun! Not as heart-racing as 30DS but the new moves were nice. I think I will be making this part of my routine.0

Day 4 done along with c25k. Really getting into this now. Finding it easier, with the exception of the side lunges with the lift. I'm still using 3lb weights for that one.0

Done! I was at the gym and had to try to remember all the moves though. I think I got pretty close. I think I did a lot more cardio though than the video! It was nice because I could try out the 5 lb weights for some of the exercises. Yep, definitely need to get some for home.0

Done as of this morning! I'm doing both JM in the morning and circuit training in the afternoon. I hope I can keep this up without killing myself0
