Gone to the Dogs

Small tip. I cook a lot in my fry pans. I don't put the grease down the drain. It is wretched for a septic system.
I found if I add a bit of water and stir up any of the bits, I can add to my dog's dry food.

Usually it is hamburg, chicken or bacon remains and they love it.
A little fat in their diet is good for dry coats and in my puppy's case, maybe helps curb her lab propensity to eat all the time.

    My dog loves leftovers along with my cat. My cat loves spaghetti squash, go figure!

    My cats bully my dog anytime we put any real food in there...in fact one of the cats is in there now trying to push his food dish away from him!!

    We do that glass jar in the freezer approach. Grease plays hell on city pipes as well.
