my faaaave meal atm:
- 1/3 cup of whole oats (any kind will work but you may need to adjust the milk/ cooking time)
- 1 cup of almond/ coconut milk (i loooove silk unsweetened)
- 1/2 an apple (i just eat the other half)
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds (DO NOT skip this...they are amaaaazing)
- cinnamon to taste
honestly, once you start making oatmeal with milk there is no going back.
now just throw everything except the chia seeds together and boil until it thickens a little bit. it should still be a little runny so add the chia seeds and watch the magic happeeeeeen.
the calorie count for this meal should be around 224.5 kcal.
