We certainly went overboard with our late Valentine's Day celebrations...

Current weight: 174.0
lbs +/-: - 2lbs
gained 3 back from our smorg of wine, risotto, turkey osso bucco, wine and tiramisu..
How'd everyone else do?

I was at 170.2, then ate a bunch of bacon and ham yesterday. Sigh. Hello, Salt attack. And now we'll probably have a whole lot of hokey-pokey on the scale.0 -

How did this happen? Woah. Yesterday I was sittin at 245 and I was happy that I was gonna have another 3 lb loss and then it turned into a 7 lb loss today! I knew something had to be happening because my clothes are even looser particularly in the past couple days. Been keeping my fat higher and carbs lower, eating around 14-1600 calories the past couple weeks. Keto0 -
