I don't agree about the Butter vs Margarine bit though, I'll take butter over margarine any day, lol.
I also see I apparently eat too much tuna fish as well. I get on a binge for tuna that I can eat it daily for a week before I stop for a while.

I found the bit on coffee interesting, since I drink a lot. I didn't see one comparing butter to margarine, but I haven't watched them all yet. I also prefer the real thing, always, in all categories.0
