Resistant starch is something I stumbled upon lately in my never ending research about dieting, weight loss and general health.

If you experienced unexplained weight gain after taking antibiotics or have autoimmune symptoms, resistant starch might help you.

I'm taking 4 tbs of potato starch, no gas so far.

Pro's: It may help fat loss, digestion, BM, general health, autoimmune symptoms etc, etc. It's cheap and natural. No harm done if it doesn't work for you.

Con's: It may take 2-4 weeks before effect. Possible side effect is a lot of farting first 2 weeks. About 20% has no effect eating RS.

You can find out more here
and noob guide here.

Here is the recommended resistant starch on amazon.

Be sure to post back in 2-4 weeks. Would love to hear what you think about resistant starch.
