My cousin and her husband came for lunch today so David and I made these Salad Boats. The cheese slice 'sails' didn't stand up for long enough for a photo, but you get the idea. It was fun. The stick went through the boats and into a chunk of mozzarella underneath each one to help hold the stick upright. Obviously this was just the side salad, not the whole meal.
