Week 7 Day 1?

I'm starting week seven and wondering what this new workout is like - any feedback would be great please!

    tough. I would recommend previewing them so you can look at their form first.

    Thanks for the feedback and suggestions cbraun133 and miriams76! Every fibre in every ab muscle ached for two days after but yoga has built up my wrist strength. Day 4 was marginally less brutal. Yikes!

    Well day 1 week 7 was definitely a step up in intensity!

    Indeed, this wasn't easy. I used push up handles for the pushups and circuit 1 was for me mainly trying to hold plank for as long as possible, because my wrist is not fully recovered and this is the best compromise I can get. For the cardio interval I did high knees instead.

    I am restarting week 7. I have used the same modifications and it felt really good working out after an entire week off!
