I am. That is how I decided to go Paleo. I don't see candida mentioned in any of my Paleo books or on Paleo forums, so I just wanted to mention that if you or anyone you know suffers from candida overgrowth/ candidiasis Paleo is a good template to follow, but in the beginning you must be extra strict about all sugars and starches, as they feed the yeast. I stalled my progress battling the yeast in the beginning by going crazy with Paleo baking, which can be very high sugar and carbs. Once I figured that out, it only took about six weeks to conquer a problem that was plaguing me for over four years, a problem that I tried many other therapies for including strong prescription anti-fungals. Food is our best medicine!
