I loved this quote. Something I need to keep in mind.
Didn't eat the greatest yesterday, but I did my bike and then took the kids to the zoo so I was pretty much exhausted. Combine that with forgetting to thaw out the chicken to cook with and I just gave up and made Mac and cheese. *sigh
But today is a new day, and with all the stresses going on right now, I figure I'll just keep plugging along, working on slowly getting myself back into a better routine, and eventually I'll be much further along then I am now!
Today I have my bible study, and then tonight is a lot of running around and bringing kids places. Planning on a quick run this morning to do some strides, and some strength training tonight as well. Have a great Tuesday!0 -
I needed to hear that too, mainly because the scale is stupid...but that's no reason to go off the rails, right?
Today I ran slowly to the gym and did an easy upper body workout and slow ran back. Doing easier workouts during aerobic training is going to take some getting used to.
