Having a little problem, I'm 61-200lbs want to loose 2 lbs a week. Started going to the gym at least 5 days a week changed my diet, eating good but only getting around 1000 to 1100 cal a day and feel full. Gained 3 lbs in two weeks. sample diet: oatmeal w blueberries for breakfast, 1/2 turkey san and fruit and 1/2 bowl of soup for lunch, fish veg and salad for dinner. any suggestions

You feeling full and your body being fully fed for your level of activity are NOT related.

I'd wager the vast majority using MFP have reached the point of needing to lose weight precisely because they have listened to their hunger cues.

Use your brain, not your stomach.

For starters, is 2 lbs weekly realistic goal?
Or have you attempted that before, and here you are again?

Just as a vitamin or mineral deficiency doesn't always show up quickly, but down the road and only after some side effects seen and body is under stress, sometimes serious, your being caloric deficient to an extreme amount will have negative side effects you'll wish you didn't have later.

Suggest you rethink and redefine what "eating good" has to mean.
There is middle ground between what you are eating now, and just eating tubs of ice cream and bags of cookies.

Suggestion is to rethink what you are doing, how much knowledge (not experience) do you actually have on weight loss.
You can find all kinds of folks on MFP with plenty of experience, how they have lost the same 40-70 lbs 5 - 6 x over, and they know exactly what needs to be done.
Sure they do, if you want life to keep repeating those efforts.

Try a reasonable approach, you didn't gain it quickly (likely), don't try to use it quickly.
Diet is for weight loss - done right just fat loss, done wrong includes muscle mass.
Exercise is for body improvements - done right can support fat loss, done wrong can be wasted time and support muscle loss.

Add some butter to your veggies and fish, throw some peanut butter into that oatmeal and eat avocados. Calories achieved!
