How are you all doing??? Did Week 6 go well? Where are you struggling?

Sorry, I feel like I've been neglecting this group. I occasionally do the BBM exercises (if I feel like I haven't exercised enough - i.e. at gym or on treadmill). So, I have to say that I'm struggling with completing the exercise videos everyday. However, I do feel like I'm on track with my fitness, and have not missed a day of tracking my food intake. Still feeling motivated and hope everyone else is too!0

I'm terribly unmotivated, but I'm keeping up the group for you all. Maybe it's the extreme cold. I just want to be bundled up and eat all day. #teamsummer0

Yes, winter definitely adds more stress and can be discouraging. We need to think beyond the time limitations of the challenge and know that we are in this for the long run. Yes, we'll fall off the wagon at times, and be unmotivated, but we mustn't discount all the hard work that we've put in (and will continue to put in).0
