Week 7 Challenge Points Info

For Week 7, you're earning points as follows:
1 point each day for logging in your meals and exercise (7 max)
1 point each day for doing the Bikini Body Mommy workout (6 max)
1 point for 15 minutes of non-baby related time with your significant other... just you and your honey bunny doing anything that doesn't involve your little ones (at least 7 hours/day) (7 max)... I know this can be hard, but taking time for yourself and those you love is important to our mental well-being! If you don't have an SO, take some time for yourself!!! Doing anything that doesn't involve your kids
Total possible points this week is 20.
So... what do you do? You log into MFP and log your meals/exercise every day. You also go to https://www.youtube.com/user/BikiniBodyMommy and follow for the workouts.
