Week 7 Challenge Points Info

For Week 7, you're earning points as follows:

1 point each day for logging in your meals and exercise (7 max)
1 point each day for doing the Bikini Body Mommy workout (6 max)
1 point for 15 minutes of non-baby related time with your significant other... just you and your honey bunny doing anything that doesn't involve your little ones (at least 7 hours/day) (7 max)... I know this can be hard, but taking time for yourself and those you love is important to our mental well-being! If you don't have an SO, take some time for yourself!!! Doing anything that doesn't involve your kids :)

Total possible points this week is 20.

So... what do you do? You log into MFP and log your meals/exercise every day. You also go to https://www.youtube.com/user/BikiniBodyMommy and follow for the workouts.
