Yesterday was a bad day for me. Not only did I have the physical pain, but the emotional roller coaster was in full force, the brain fog decided to join the party and invite the lash out fits of anger. What are some of your triggers for the emotional roller coaster and fits of anger, if it wasn't for those 2 I could handle the flare ups better. I know my lack of sleep these last few days didn't help one bit, but today I couldn't help but lash out in fits towards my boyfriend. Ok he didn't help by totally changing plans to a point where I couldn't take pain meds, or get a nap in, the joys of a puppy. But I need help to control these fits, which are due in part to the anger and emotional roller coaster that joined the pain and brain fog. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
