This week I'm up a half pound, but that's still 2 pounds under my goal weight. I'm not trying to lose but maintain. I find I tend to fluctuate down a half pound or up a pound or two in this phase of my weight loss journey. I hope everyone had a great week.

Back to where I was in November (two pound loss this week). Finally. Sheesh.
Thank you ladies on maintenance for posting - helps me recognize that that's a challenge too (and well done!)

Well I lost my "travel" weight, thanks for all the tips for jumpstarting me again. I lost that 4 lbs and an additional 1/2 lb, so I feel good. I truly believe most of it was sodium from eating out, but the additional 1/2 lb makes me feel good. Have a wonderful week all!

Took a sneak peek, despite promises to self to weigh only once a week. Scale dial encouraged me, but I'm reporting the 1 pound loss shown Sunday, and I'm stickin to it! You guys are doing great, whether working on getting back, gaining, or staying steady. Log on!

I've been weighing in for the challenge, but I wanted to say, Yea! to the Deb for 4.5 and Debby for 3! Was the week for the Debs, I guess!

Great work for Sharon and Ker (you guys are so consistent). And for Jean and Computer for maintaining!

Cris. You have had a rough period, give yourself a break. You are just getting better. Next week will be different.

    Happy Wednesday all.

To Ker, Deb, Sharon, Debby and Charlie... congratulations on your weight loss.

To Computers and Jean ... fellow maintainers...way to go.

To Chris. Thank you for your sense of humor. Some calories must be burned by laughing. The way down is not a smooth line.

    Just for you Chris.

This week I decided to put my calories up by 100 per day. I do a 2 week running average and am below my goal range. Thanks to Charlie's thread on when to stop, I realized I was starting to fall into the "maybe just a couple of pounds more" trap. I've stayed under my goal all week but sure found out one night that bingeing is not a thing of the past. I am thankful that MFP works for maintenance as well.

I too am weighing in for the Tuesday challenge but quite honestly, as I am on vacation this week I forgot today was Wednesday until later in the day! So I didn't weigh myself this morning. Still, compared with last week I am lighter by 1½ pounds.

Congrats to all for checking in here and being accountable. This helps me tremendously! ~ Kathy

I missed posting this yesterday. I was down 2 lbs, in spite of a couple of days being over my calories. Since the weather here is so bad, I can't get outdoors to walk and the treadmill is boring, I've been doing housework for exercise. My house is getting cleaner, neater and more organized, but I hope the weather improves soon.

Congratulations, @myrtbbk. Sorry you're stuck in a bad weather locale, but your plan certainly is working for you! Would you come get my house shipshape too?

Sharondtd, if you lived closer I might consider it. Oh, well, guess I'll just keep cleaning here.

Ahh, sigh. Guess I'll stop putting it off. :\
