Lost my Keto mojo

I knocked myself out of keto with my bananas foster dessert on Valentine's Day. Now, five days later, I'm getting only a trace reading on my keto test strips. I've been netting +/- 25 carbs since and my macros seem to be in line. Should I be worried or anyone have suggestions for me??

Avocados and coconut oil will get your Ketos going. Ditch the banana!

Patience. You're showing trace, so the furnace is kicking in.

Hate when I've done that...a night out with girls, boredom at home, or a mistake...so irritating. My newest goal is to eat fully keto for 6 weeks, two weeks in and I feel awesome (but this is also usually around the time frame I slip up).

Just stay focused and keep on ketoing!

I was feeling sorry for myself in the grocery store. A pretzel , some hummus, piece of chocolate. I missed them . I thought, well if I was on a low cal diet, I would miss bacon, Marie's full fat blue cheese dressing, chicken salad.

The pickle I need to get control of is just plain going to bring on some kind of loss. Doesn't matter how I go about doing it.

Getting bored is the price paid. Anyway, we often want what we don't have. Accept and move on.

Thanks for your comments. I guess I just need to trust the process, I'm just not sure why it's taking so long to get back in the groove. I'll try more good fats, perhaps.

Just keep going. In the big scheme of things, it's only a couple of days. Just keep going. It will fix itself. One foot in front of the other. Don't beat yourself up about it.
