Lost my mojo.

Weeks ago, I was more amped to lift than I've ever been in my life. Despite coming from a lifting hiatus, I blew through several weight plateaus. But ever since last friday, I've been weak as a kitten. I can maybe get one set in, then I'm soo nauseas/weak feeling I have to go have a lie down. I tried adjusting more sleep in, upped protein a little. Just don't know what to do to get my mojo back.
A bit about me: I'm 6'7, 270lbs, 26% body fat.
The sets im working on:
ohp: 140
DL: 275
Sq: 225
BP: 165
I'm doing linear progression currently. Similar to starting strength, but i alternate squat and deadlift because I cant' do them on the same day. (low back disc bulge)
Should I deload maybe? Just to get the sets in. Today's diary is pretty indicative of how I've been eating. (2500 kcal, 109 carb, 144 fat, 206 protein.)

Might be overtraining in your enthusiam, or just caught a cold or bug. Might just be that you aren't eating enough food.
I'm 6'3 and about 290, probably low to mid 30s body fat. I'm aiming to lose weight slow and steady and I eat around 3000 calories a day. Look to some of the pinned information here and regarding Total Daily Energy Expenditure and calculate it for yourself.
I just used this link to calculate yours: 3371 calories a day to maintain your current weight. My TDEE calculation was 3600 or so, I use 3000 as my base point. A bit less on rest days, a bit more (mainly carbs) on workout days. I'm stronger than you so this makes sense (OHP 150, DL 325, SQ 335, BP 245)
Based on 34 years old, 6'7, 270, 265 body fat, work out 5x week.

When did you last take a rest week? It sounds like you're overdue for one. I know the feeling you speak of, it tends to happen once in a while but more if I've gone too long without a break. I take rest weeks every 4th or 7th week now (depending on calorie intake) and that has cut down on bad lifting sessions by about 90%.0

Was feeling fairly ok, so tried to squat light. Just 135. Failed on rep 2. Got really dizzy/weak.
Today marks 1 week and 1 day since I was able to lift anything.
Never felt anything like this before. I've lifted when I was coming down with the flu, or right in the middle of a nasty cold. Wasn't like this.0 -
Sounds like you might have a virus. Have you been to the Dr.?
Have you noticed a change in your resting heart rate--is it elevated when you first wake up? This could be an indication that you are overtraining.
Finally, how is your fluid intake? Is dehydration possible??0 -
No dr. I suppose it could be a virus, but I'm pretty asymptomatic outside of exercise.
No heart rate weirdness
I drink about 2 gallons of water a day0 -
OK, I'm coming into this pretty late, but I'd go with not eating enough -- 2500 doesn't seem like nearly enough for a guy your size. I had similar symptoms when I was trying to cut and keep progressing at the same time. If you're already gassed out before you even get under the bar, it ain't gonna go well.0
