advice?

So i just recently changed my eating from high protein to higher fat because i started lifting weights about 3 weeks ago and i wasnt having enough energy. Upping the fat i get has helped with that but when i weighed myself this morning it says i was up SIX pounds. Maybe i should go back to higher protein? advice?

That's water retention from starting to lift weights. You're fine. It will go away in a couple weeks, as your body adjusts to the new routine.0
